Our Mission

Precision Physical Therapy and Performance was founded in 2024 to bridge a gap in the current medical system of rehabilitation and strengthening to safely return to everyday activities and sports.

Our aim is to ensure that every individual can experience the full potential of their body's movement through targeted exercises designed to optimize their mobility. We believe that by providing precise exercises, we can enhance your journey and support you in reaching your peak performance.

Dr. Gisin combines his passion for personal training and rehabilitation to reduce pain, recover from an injury, improve quality of movement, and return them back to their activity they love to do better than before. He enjoys being with the patient from start to finish delivering one on one personalized care.

About Dr. Gisin

Dr. Gisin earned his Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training in 2015 and subsequently completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2023 at High Point University. He holds certifications as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Performance Exercise Specialist, Speed and Agility Coach, as well as a USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coach.

His passion for sports and rehabilitation was ignited following a personal injury during high school, where he experienced recurring patellar dislocations leading to surgery. This firsthand encounter with post-operative rehabilitation, the journey back to sporting activities, and the requisite mental resilience to return to pain-free everyday functionality and pursue his beloved sports of baseball and hockey, profoundly influenced his career
