Physical Therapy Evaluation

We've developed a specialized movement assessment to understand how your unique movement patterns may be contributing to your discomfort. Our team of physical therapists takes a comprehensive approach, conducting a thorough evaluation that includes a needs analysis and a detailed examination of any impairments. Your physical therapy sessions are conducted one-on-one, ensuring that you receive the personalized attention and effective care you deserve, tailored specifically to your needs. We prioritize listening to you attentively, ensuring that you not only receive the results you seek but also feel heard throughout your treatment journey.

  • Full body assessment: A comprehensive full-body assessment involves a systematic evaluation of various aspects of an individual's physical condition, movement patterns, and musculoskeletal function.

  • Hands-on manual therapy

Redefine Your Movement

Following a thorough evaluation and addressing global tension and myofascial limitations, we utilize hands-on techniques to reintegrate you into optimal movement patterns.

At Precision PT and Performance, our physical therapy approach integrates innovative interventions to expedite your recovery, facilitate a prompt return to activity, and enhance performance levels. We prioritize comprehensive patient education, ensuring a deep understanding of every aspect of your rehabilitation journey. Our goal is to empower patients to actively participate in their recovery by providing detailed insights into the underlying causes of dysfunction.

OPTIMIZE PERFORMANCE & MAXIMIZE POTENTIAL

You don’t just have to be injured or have surgery to rehab at precision. Our in-depth assessment can cater to your needs. To boldly say we can prevent injuries is misleading because there is never a 100% guarantee of prevention but we will dive deep into the root cause of your movement dysfunction and help develop a plan to reduce the risk of reinjury.

Do you accept my insurance?

We operate as an Out-of-Network provider, which means we do not directly accept insurance. The conventional insurance framework restricts our ability to provide treatment in the manner we believe is optimal for you or allocate the time you deserve during your sessions.

By operating in this manner, we can dedicate more quality one-on-one time with our clients, facilitating a faster improvement in how you feel. Unlike most physical therapy clinics, which often schedule three sessions per week with multiple patients simultaneously, we typically see you only one to two times a week. Our approach tends to require fewer visits, potentially resulting in lower overall costs for you when factoring in your deductible, co-pay, and additional visits needed at a traditional PT practice.
